摘  要:末级动叶片作为汽轮机核心部件之一,叶片曲率变化大,根部圆角加工难度较大,对生产效率及制造成本影响较大,传统的加工方案已不满足现有制造需求,为适应市场需求,探索新的加工策略方法及刀具方案至关重要,如何将刀具方案与加工策略有机结合,提高生产效率降低制造成本非常重要,同时确保程序的可靠性、机床的安全性也非常关键。As one of the core components of the steam turbine,the last stage moving blade has a large change in blade curvature,and the root fillet is difficult to process,which has a great impact on production efficiency and manufacturing costs.The traditional processing scheme can no longer meet the existing manufacturing needs.In order to adapt to the market demand,it is important to explore new processing strategy methods and tool schemes.How to organically combine the tool scheme with the processing strategy to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs is very important,At the same time,the reliability of the program and the safety of the machine tool are also very important.
