摘　　要：针对目前中医学专科生在临床实习过程中存在的问题和发展现状,为改善教学方法、教学内容,提高学生临床实习效率和质量,初步构建了一套较为完善的、针对高职高专中医学专业实习生的岗前培训课程体系,以期推动中医学专科生实习教学改革,提高教育教学质量。针对高职高专医学专业实习生岗前培训与考核系统进行初步开发与研究,为实习生岗前培训建立一套较为完善的培训及考核体系,体现到人才培养方案中并予以落实,可以很好地提高医学实习生专业理论水平和业务技能,规范医德医风,增强服务意识,提高自信心和责任心,并加快实习学生向职业医师角色的转变,促进实习生尽快适应新环境,从而有效地提高临床实习的质量和效率。This paper investigates and studies the problems and status quo existing in the clinical practice of junior Chinese medicine college students,and provides evidence support for improving the teaching methods,teaching content and improving the efficiency and quality of students’clinical practice.A set of relatively complete pre-job training curriculum system for TCM interns in higher vocational colleges is preliminarily constructed,in order to promote the practice teaching reform of TCM junior college students and improve the quality of education and teaching.The research on pre-service training and assessment system helps establish a relatively perfect training and assessment system,and can improve medical intern professional theory level and professional skills,standardize medical ethics,enhance service consciousness,self-confidence and sense of responsibility,speed up the role of students to professional doctors,promote interns to adapt to the new environment as soon as possible,so as to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of clinical practice.
