摘　　要：建设世界一流大学和一流学科,是党中央、国务院做出的重大战略部署,对于提升我国教育发展水平、增强国家核心竞争力、奠定长远发展基础具有重要意义。为助推“双一流”建设适应数智时代对管理科学与工程人才培养的新要求,分析管理科学与工程学科在培养复合型创新人才科研创新能力上所面临的问题和挑战,并基于中南大学管理科学与工程学科建设项目,探讨该学科研究生培养建设的改革创新举措,从搭建高水平研究平台推动研究生培养全过程改革,以及打造国际化师资团队提升研究生培养国际化水平等方面入手,构建管理科学与工程学科研究生培养新模式。Building a world-class university and a first-class discipline is a major strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,which is of great significance for improving the level of education development in China,enhancing the core competitiveness of the country,and laying a foundation for long-term development.In order to promote the construction of“double first-class”and adapt to the new requirements of management science and engineering talent training in the era of digital intelligence,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges faced by management science and engineering in cultivating the scientific research and innovation ability of composite innovative talents,and discusses the reform and innovation measures of management science and engineering graduate training and construction based on the management science and engineering discipline construction project of Central South University.A new model of postgraduate training in management science and engineering disciplines has been constructed from the construction of a high-level research platform to promote the reform of the whole process of graduate training,and building an international teaching team to improve the international level of graduate training.
