基于CiteSpace的帕金森病和阿尔茨海默病应用地黄饮子知识图谱研究

摘　　要：目的运用知识图谱分析地黄饮子干预帕金森病(PD)和阿尔茨海默病(AD)的相关文献,探求地黄饮子对PD和AD异病同治的研究思路,为后续研究工作提供方向。方法以中国知网数据库(CNKI)为数据来源,“帕金森病”“颤证”“阿尔茨海默病”“痴呆”“地黄饮子”为主题词进行检索。检索建库至2021年10月的相关的文献,并应用CiteSpace5.8.R3对相关文献的关键词等进行可视化分析,展现该领域当前研究热点、发展趋势等。结果共检索出268篇文献,符合纳入标准的文献261篇。作者聚类分析结果显示形成比较明显的6个聚类;1996年—2021年突现词中相关领域研究热点逐渐偏向其药理作用。结论知识图谱能够反映出基于地黄饮子的药理作用研究是今后研究的趋势,但仍需加强团队间的交流与合作。Objective To analyze the literature related to the intervention of Dihuang decoction in Parkinson’s disease(PD)and Al⁃zheimer’s disease(AD)by using knowledge map,so as to explore the research ideas of Dihuang decoction in the treatment of PD and AD in different diseases,and to provide ideas and directions for the follow-up research work.Methods CNKI database was used as the data source,and related literatures were retrieved with“PD”,“tremor syndrome”,“AD”,“dementia”and“Dihuang decoction”as the main topics.Citespace5.8.R3 was used to analyze the keywords of relevant literatures.The frequency of keywords was analyzed by metrology to show the current research hotspots and development trends in this field.Results A total of 268 articles were retrieved,261 of which met the inclusion criteria.The results of author cluster analysis showed that there are 6 clusters.From 1996 to 2021,the research focus of emergent words gradually shifted to the study of pharmacological effects.Conclusion It is the trend of future re⁃search that knowledge map can reflect the pharmacological action of Dihuang decoction,but it is still necessary to strengthen the com⁃munication and cooperation between teams.
