活血补肾方联合督脉灸治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析活血补肾方用于辅助治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者效果。方法选取2021年1月—2021年12月江西中医药大学阳明校区临床技能中心收治的100例湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机数字表法进行分组,对照组50例予以西医治疗,观察组50例在对照组基础上以活血补肾方联合督脉灸治疗,比较2组的中医证候评分、免疫功能及炎症反应。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG与IgM水平均低于对照组,而补体C_(3)与C_(4)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血补肾方联合督脉灸治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者有助于中医证候评分,促进免疫功能改善,下调炎症反应。Objective To analyze the effect of promoting blood circulation and tonifying kidney recipe combined with du meridian moxibustion on immune function and inflammatory response in the adjuvant treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness-heat stasis type.Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness-heat stasis type in Clinical Skill Training Center of Yangming Campus of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were collected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.50 cases in the control group were treated with Western medicine,and 50 cases in the observation group were supplemented with promoting blood circulation and tonifying kid⁃ney recipe combined with du meridian moxibustion.The TCM syndrome score,immune function and inflammatory response were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgG and IgM in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of complement C_(3) and C_(4 )were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The expressions of serum transform⁃ing growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),monocyte chemokine-1(MCP-1)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in ob⁃servation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The promoting blood circulation and tonifying kidney recipe combined with du meridian moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness-heat stasis type can help reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve immune function,and down-regulate the inflammatory response.
