建瓴汤方治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病前期临床观察

摘　　要：目的利用建瓴汤方加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病前期,并观察其临床效果。方法选择临清市人民医院光明社区2020年2月—2020年12月参与体检的患者100例,分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组根据辨证给予内服建瓴汤方加减治疗及健康宣教,对照组采用常用的健康宣教干预,比较2组血压控制总有效率及中医症状缓解情况。结果治疗组血压控制总有效率为88.0%(44/50),明显高于对照组的60.0%(30/50);且治疗组中医症状缓解总有效率为92.0%(46/50),也明显高于对照组的64.0%(32/50),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建瓴汤方加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病前期效果显著。Objective To observe the efficacy of Jianling decoction in the treatment of pre-hypertension of upper hyperactivity of liver yang type.Methods A total of 100 patients who participated in physical examination in Guangming Community of Linqing People’s Hospital from February 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Jianling decoction t and health education based on syndrome differentiation,while the con⁃trol group was given common health education intervention.The total effective rate of blood pressure control and TCM symptom relief were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of blood pressure control in the treatment group was 88.0%(44/50),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(60.0%,30/50).The total effective rate of symptom relief in the treat⁃ment group was 92.0%(46/50),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.0%,32/50).The differences were sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianling decoction in the treatment of pre-hypertension of upper hyperactivity of liver yang type has significant effect.
