生化汤加减联合穴位贴敷及艾条灸神阙穴治疗产后子宫复旧不全临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生化汤加减联合穴位贴敷及艾条灸神阙穴治疗产后子宫复旧不全的临床效果。方法将112例产后子宫复旧不全患者随机分为对照组(56例)和试验组(56例)。对照组予以缩宫素注射液治疗,试验组予以生化汤加减联合穴位贴敷及艾条灸神阙穴治疗。2组均治疗7 d。比较2组临床效果、子宫恢复情况及临床症状消失时间。结果试验组总有效率为94.64%(53/56),高于对照组的73.21%(41/56)(P<0.05)。治疗后与对照组比较,试验组宫底高度较低、子宫体积较小以及宫腔积液量较少,恶露异常、子宫压痛、腰腹坠胀消失时间较短(P<0.05)。结论生化汤加减联合穴位贴敷及艾条灸神阙穴能促进产后子宫复旧不全患者子宫恢复,显著改善临床症状、提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Shenghua decoction combined with acupoint application and moxa stick moxibustion at Shenque(RN8)in the treatment of postpartum uterine involution insufficiency.Methods 112 patients with postpartum uterine involution insufficiency were randomly divided into control group of 56 cases and treatment group of 56 cases.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the treatment group was treated with modified Shenghua decoction combined with acu⁃point application and moxa stick moxibustion at Shenque(RN8).The 2 groups were both treated for 7 d.The clinical efficacy,uterine recovery and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of experi⁃mental group was 94.64%(53/56),which was higher than that of control group(73.21%,41/56)(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower fundal height,smaller uterine volume and less uterine effusion,and the time to disappear of lochia abnormality,uterine tenderness and lumbar distention was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shenghua de⁃coction combined with acupoint application and moxa stick moxibustion at Shenque(RN8)can promote the uterine recovery of patients with postpartum uterine involution insufficiency,significantly improve clinical symptoms and effectively improve clinical efficacy.
