加味芍药甘草汤治疗痔疮术后疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析芍药甘草汤加味治疗痔疮术后疼痛的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2020年12月内蒙古自治区人民医院收治的痔疮术后疼痛患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(对照组基础上联合芍药甘草汤加味治疗),各35例。观察2组治疗前和治疗结束后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,创面出血消失时间、创面水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间,以及总有效率与不良反应情况。结果治疗前,2组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1 d、3 d、5 d后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组创面出血消失时间、创面水肿消失时间以及创面愈合时间方面均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率97.14%(34/35)高于对照组的74.29%(26/35)(P<0.05)。2组头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐等不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芍药甘草汤加味能减轻痔疮手术后患者的疼痛感,促进其创面恢复,同时有着较高的安全性,值得采用。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction on the pain after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,a total of 70 patients with pain after hemorrhoid surgery were treated in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Re⁃gion People’s Hospital.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(conventional treatment)and the observation group(Shaoyao Gancao decoction in addition to the control group therapy),with 35 cases in each group.Visual ana⁃logue Scale(VAS)scores,wound bleeding disappearance time,wound edema disappearance time,wound healing time,total effective rate and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1,3 and 5 days of treatment,VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of wound bleeding,wound edema and wound healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(74.29%,26/35)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions such as headache,dizziness,nausea and vomiting between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shaoyao Gancao decoction can reduce the pain of patients after hemorrhoid surgery,promote the recovery of the wound surface,and at the same time,it has high safety and is worth adopting.
