木香顺气丸联合外敷暖宫贴对剖宫产术后胃肠不良反应及胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探究剖宫产术后应用木香顺气丸联合外敷暖宫贴对胃肠不良反应及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选择江西省南城县人民医院2021年8月1日—2021年11月30日收治的60例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,按照入院顺序将其分组。对照组(30例)采用外敷暖宫贴治疗,观察组(30例)在对照组基础上联合木香顺气丸治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组胃肠不良反应发生率为6.67%(2/30),明显低于对照组的30.00%(9/30)(P<0.05);观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃动素(MTL)和胃泌素(GAS)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后应用木香顺气丸联合外敷暖宫贴治疗,可明显减少胃肠不良反应、调节血清胃肠激素水平、加速胃肠功能的恢复、缓解疼痛,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of Muxiang Shunqi pills combined with external application of Nuangong paste on gastroin⁃testinal adverse reactions and recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 cesarea parturient ad⁃mitted to Nancheng County People’s Hospital from August 1st,2021 to December 31st,2021 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.30 cases in the control group were treated with external application of Nuangong paste,and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with Muxiang Shunqi pills on the basis of the control group.The effect differences of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30)significantly lower than 30.00%(9/30)in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative bowel sounds recovery time,the anal exhaust time,the anal defecation time and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After cesarean section,the application of Muxiang Shunqi pills combined with external application of Nu⁃angong paste can significantly reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions,adjust the level of serum gastrointestinal hormones,and accel⁃erate the recovery of gastrointestinal function.It has high clinical application value.
