摘　　要：目的观察自拟盆腔炎灌肠方及除湿化瘀汤配合特定电磁波谱(TDP)灯治疗盆腔炎性疾病(PID)的效果。方法选择2021年2月—2022年1月九江市中医医院收治的84例PID患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各42例。对照组予以盆腔炎灌肠方治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用除湿化瘀汤配合TDP灯治疗,均连续治疗3个月经周期。对2组临床疗效、中医证候积分及不良反应进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的78.57%(33/42)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组均未见明显不良反应。结论PID患者应用自拟盆腔炎灌肠方及除湿化瘀汤配合TDP灯治疗可有效改善临床症状,效果确切,且安全可靠。Objective To observe the efficacy of self-designed pelvic inflammatory enema recipe and Chushi Huayu decoction com⁃bined with TDP lamp in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Methods A total of 84 PID patients admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic inflammation enema recipe,and the ob⁃servation group was treated with Chushi Huayu decoction combined with TDP lamp on the basis of this,for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The clinical effect,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than that of the control group(78.57%,33/42)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).After treatment,no obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The application of self-made pelvic inflammatory enema recipe and Chushi Huayu decoction combined with TDP lamp in the treatment of PID can effectively im⁃prove the clinical symptoms,with good effect and high safety.
