摘　　要：目的观察比较三伏贴是否发泡对过敏性鼻炎的疗效影响。方法在2020年7月—2020年9月(第1个疗程)、2021年7月—2021年9月(第2个疗程)各选取于赣南医学院第三附属医院使用三伏贴治疗过敏性鼻炎的患者100例。第1个疗程贴药后,随机选取50例发泡者进入研究1组,随机选取不发泡者50例进入对照1组;第2个疗程贴药后,随机选取50例发泡者进入研究2组,随机选取50例不发泡者进入对照2组,记录并比较研究1组与对照1组、研究2组与对照2组治疗前后及随访1个月、2个月、3个月的中医证候积分与总有效率。结果治疗后及此后的随访中,研究组中医证候总积分均较对照组低;研究1组总有效率为88.00%(44/50),高于对照1组的68.00%(34/50)(P<0.05);研究2组总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照2组的76.00%(38/50)(P<0.05)。结论三伏贴治疗过敏性鼻炎效果肯定,发泡者症状改善及临床效果均优于不发泡者。Objective To observe the effect in the curative effect of Sanfu paste whether foaming in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods From July 2020 to September 2020(the first course of treatment)and from July 2021 to September 2021(the second course of treatment),100 patients were selected from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University for the treatment of allergic rhi⁃nitis using Sanfu paste.After the first course of application,50 cases of foaming were randomly selected to enter study group 1,and 50 cases of non-foaming were randomly selected to enter control group 1.After the second course of drug application,50 cases of foaming patients were randomly selected to enter the study group 2,and 50 cases of non-foaming patients were randomly selected to enter the control group 2.The TCM syndrome scores and total effective rates of study group 1 and control group 1,study group 2 and control group 2 before and after treatment and after 1 month,2 months and 3 months of follow-up were recorded and compared.Results The to⁃tal score of TCM syndromes in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment and after follow-up.The total ef⁃fective rate of study group 1 was 88.00%(44/50),which was higher than that of control group 1(68.00%,34/50)(P<0.05).The total effec⁃tive rate of study group 2 was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than that of control group 2(76.00%,38/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of allergic rhinitis is positive,foaming symptom improvement and efficiency are higher than those without foaming.
