原络配穴针刺法辅助治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨原络配穴针刺法辅助治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年2月就诊于南昌市洪都中医院的肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病患者共85例为观察对象,按随机数表法将其分为参考组(42例)、观察组(43例)。参考组予以厄贝沙坦分散片联合天麻钩藤汤治疗,观察组在参考组基础上予以原络配穴针刺法治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后的血压值[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]变化,及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、一氧化氮(NO)变化。结果治疗后,观察组SBP、DBP水平均低于参考组(P<0.05);观察组hs-CRP水平低于参考组,NO含量高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论原络配穴针刺法辅助治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病,既可有效降压,又可减轻患者炎症反应,改善其血管内皮功能。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint acupuncture with original collaterals in the assisted treatment of pri⁃mary hypertension of upper hyperactivity of liver yang type.Methods A total of 85 patients with essential hypertension with upper hy⁃peractivity of liver yang type in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as observation subjects,and they were divided into control group of 42 cases and observation group of 43 cases according to random number table method.The control group was given irbesartan dispersing tablets and Tianma Gouteng decoction,and the obser⁃vation group was given acupoint acupuncture with original collaterals on the basis of the control group.Systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The changes of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)and nitric oxide(NO)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,hS-CRP level in observation group was lower than that in control group,and NO content was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Acupoint acupuncture with original collaterals can effectively reduce blood pressure,reduce inflammation and improve vascular endothelial function of patients with primary hypertension with upper hyperactivity of liver yang type.
