铜砭刮痧技术在腔隙性脑梗死康复期的应用

摘　　要：目的探究中医铜砭刮痧技术在腔隙性脑梗死康复期的临床效果。方法选择2021年2月—2021年11月在南昌市洪都中医院接受治疗的80例腔隙性脑梗死康复期患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将80例患者分别纳入对照组(40例)、观察组(40例),对照组接受常规脑梗死康复治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合铜砭刮痧。比较2组中医证候(肢体障碍、偏身不遂、言语困难)积分改善情况,参考改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)、洛文斯顿认知功能评定量表(LOCTA)评分标准评估2组患者生活质量及认知功能改善情况。结果治疗后,2组患者肢体障碍、偏身不遂、言语困难等中医证候积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),MBI评分及LOCTA评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),MBI及LOCTA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腔隙性脑梗死康复期患者采用联合中医铜砭刮痧治疗可有效缓解其自觉症状,同时改善其认知功能、提升其生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tongbian scraping technique in the rehabilitation of lacunar cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction who received treatment in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to November 2021 were divided into the control group and ob⁃servation group on average by random number table method.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was treated with Tongbian scraping on the basis of the conventional treatment.The improvement of TCM symptoms(physical disorders,hemiplegia,and dysphonia)were compared between the two groups,and the quality of life and improvement of cog⁃nitive function were evaluated by referring to modified Barthel index(MBI)and Loewenston occupational therapy cognitive assessment(LOCTA).Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores such as limb disorder,hemiplegia and speech difficulty in 2 groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),MBI score and LOCTA score were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),all TCM syndrome scores in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05),and MBI and LOCTA scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Tongbian scraping can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with lacunar cere⁃bral infarction,improve their cognitive function and quality of life.
