摘　　要：麻黄性猛,素有“虎狼之药”之称,以发汗解表、宣肺平喘、利水消肿之功为世人熟知,然其散结之功却鲜有提及。麻黄散结之医理,在于疏通气机、调畅血脉、温阳散寒。经过大量药理实验与临床研究证实,麻黄散结之功在心血管、妇科、肿瘤等疾病治疗中得到广泛运用。文章将通过梳理既往文献,筛查研究资料,结合临床应用,从医籍考证、原理剖析、方药探寻、实验研究、医案探要5个方面对麻黄散结功效加以佐证,完善其适应证范围,为临床应用提供理论依据。Ephedra is fierce in nature,which is widely acknowledged as“the medicine of tiger and wolf”.Its efficacy is known to in⁃duce sweat and dispels exogenous evils,ventilate lung to relieve asthma and increase urine excretion to relieve edema.However,its ef⁃ficacy of dissipating masses is rarely mentioned.The medical knowledge of ephedra dissipating masses lies in promoting flow of qi,regulating blood vessel in which the blood and qi circulate,and warming yang for dispelling cold.A large number of pharmacological experiments and clinical studies have confirmed that ephedra plays an obvious role in the treatment of cardiovascular,gynecological and tumor diseases.Through combing the previous literature,screening research data,combining clinical application,this paper will consummates the scope of indications for ephedra and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application by supporting ephedra’s effi⁃cacy in dissipating masses from following five aspects:medical evidence,analysis of principles,exploration of prescriptions,experi⁃mental research and medical case exploration.
