摘　　要：胰腺癌是起源于胰腺导管上皮及腺泡细胞的恶性肿瘤,恶性程度极高,是预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一,被称为“癌中之王”。胰腺癌骨转移是临床中常见的难题,严重威胁患者生命。邓运明教授认为胰腺癌骨转移以脾胃虚弱、肾气耗伤为主,与血瘀、痰凝、癌毒相关。其以扶正抗癌为治则,以调理脾肾、滋阴温阳为治法,同时注重软坚散结、活血化瘀、解毒化痰,临床疗效显著。Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor originating from pancreatic ductal epithelium and acinar cells.It is one of the malig⁃nant tumors with the worst prognosis and called king of cancer for its extremely high degree of malignancy.Pancreatic cancer with bone metastasis is a common clinical problem,which seriously threatens the lives of patients.Professor Deng Yunming believes that pancreatic cancer with bone metastasis is mainly due to spleen deficiency and stomach weakness and kidney qi consumption,and re⁃lated to blood stasis,phlegm coagulation,and cancer toxin.The treatment principle is to reinforce healthy qi to eliminate cancer,and the treatment methods are to regulate the spleen and kidney,nourish yin and warm yang,and pay attention to soften hardness and dissi⁃pate masses,circulate blood and transform stasis,remove toxins and transform phlegm.Therefore,the clinical effect is significant.
