摘 要:目的优选祛疤止痒洗剂最佳提取工艺参数。方法采用熵权法结合重复正交试验设计,以蒙花苷含量,干膏得率为评价指标,优选提取工艺参数。结果祛疤止痒洗剂的最佳提取工艺条件为水提3次,浸泡0.5 h,加水量30倍,提取4.5 h。结论优选后的工艺条件稳定可行,重复性好,可用于大批量生产。Objective To optimize the extraction process parameters of Qubar Zhiyang lotion.Methods Using the entropy weight method combined with repeated orthogonal test design,the content of linarin and the yield of dry ointment as index were used to opti⁃mize the best extraction process.Results The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:the medicinal materials were extracted for three times,soaking for 0.5 h,adding water of 30 times,and extracting time for 4.5 h.Conclusion The preferred extrac⁃tion process is stable,feasible and reproducible,and can be used in modern industrial production.
