中医特色护理联合人文关怀护理在原发性高血压病失眠患者管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医特色护理联合人文关怀护理在原发性高血压病失眠患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法采用随机抽样法将选取的82例原发性高血压病失眠患者平均分为2组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用中医特色护理联合人文关怀护理管理,护理4周后比较2组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分和满意度。结果护理后试验组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.01);试验组总满意度90.24%(37/41)高于对照组的63.41%(26/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医特色护理联合人文关怀护理管理能显著提高原发性高血压病失眠患者的睡眠质量和满意度,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with humanis⁃tic care nursing in the nursing management of patients with essential hypertension and insomnia.Methods 82 patients with essential hypertension and insomnia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with humanistic care nursing management.After 4 weeks,the PSQI score and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the PSQI score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.01).The total satisfaction of experimental group was 90.24%(37/41),which was higher than that of control group(63.41%,26/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medi⁃cine characteristic nursing combined with humanistic care nursing management can significantly improve the sleep quality and satis⁃faction of patients with essential hypertension and insomnia,which has high clinical value.
