摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合清喉利咽颗粒治疗慢性鼻咽炎的效果及对白细胞介素-4(Interleukin,IL-4)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年9月医院耳鼻喉科收治的90例慢性鼻咽炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为单药组和联药组,各45例。单药组雾化吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗,联药组在单药组用药基础上辅以清喉利咽颗粒联合治疗。连续治疗7 d后比较两组疗效、粘膜充血、咽喉干痒、咽喉疼痛等典型症状消失时间、用药安全性及治疗前后炎症水平变化。结果:连续治疗7 d后,联药组治疗总有效率明显高于单药组(P<0.05);联药组粘膜充血、咽喉干痒、咽喉疼痛等典型症状消失时间均早于单药组(P<0.05);两组IL-4、IL-6和TNF-α水平均明显降低,且联药组明显低于单药组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组药物不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入联合清喉利咽颗粒治疗慢性鼻咽炎的临床效果确切,能加快患者典型症状缓解,降低机体炎症水平,且不会增加用药风险,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the curative effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Qinghou Liyan granule on chronic nasopharyngitis and its influences on levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Methods:A total of 90 patients with chronic nasopharyngitis admitted to otolaryngology department of the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between July 2020 and September 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into single drug group(n=45)and combined drug group(n=45).The single drug group was treated with budesonide for aerosol inhalation,while combined drug group was additionally treated with Qinghou Liyan granules.After 7d of continuous treatment,curative effect,disappearance time of typical symptoms(mucosal congestion,dry itching of throat,sore throat),medication safety and changes of inflammation level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 d of continuous treatment,total response rate of treatment in combined drug group was significantly higher than that in single drug group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of typical symptoms(mucosal congestion,dry itching of throat,sore throat)in combined drug group was earlier than that in single drug group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-αin both groups were significantly decreased,which were significantly lower in combined drug group than single drug group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical curative effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Qinghou Liyan granule is significant on chronic nasopharyngitis,which can accelerate the relief of typical symptoms,reduce inflammation level and will not increase medication risk,with high safety.
