摘 要:建立船厂空压站数字化节能监测系统实现能效连续监测,是船厂节能运维的重要基础。依据相关规范节能监测要求,梳理空压站、空压机组、干燥机、过滤器和管网等方面的监测项目及相应的评价指标。在此基础上,设计建立空压站数字化节能监测系统,系统架构主要包括设备仪表层、数据采储层和平台应用层。系统基于接入各设备和仪表信号,通过数据采集、转发、转换、通信和存储,实现节能数据实时监测、记录、分析和报警等应用展示。The establishment of digital energy saving monitoring system for shipyard air compressor station to realize continuous energy efficiency monitoring is an important basis for shipyard energy saving operation and maintenance.According to the enegrysaving monitoring requirements of relevant standards,the monitoring items and corresponding evaluation indicators including air compressor station,air compressor unit,dryer,filter andp ipe network are sorted out.On this basis,the digital energys-aving monitoring system of air compressor station is designed and established.The system architecture mainly includes equipment instrument layer,data collection reservoir layer and platforma pplication layer.The system is based on the access of equipmnet and instrument signals,through data acquisition,forwarding,conversion,communication and storage,to achieve real-time monitoring,recording,analysis and alarm of energy-saving data.
