摘　　要：热处理炉是用于压力容器焊后热处理的重要设备,其内部温度均匀性非常关键。有效加热区测定是验证炉温均匀性的手段,也是热处理炉使用单位的日常工作。通过测定装置的合理组合,特别是其中的测温架的拆装式结构设计,不仅可保证测温点按照规范布置,而且实现了重复使用,节约了成本。The temperature uniformity inside a heat treatment furnace used for post weld heat treatment of pressure vessels is crucial.The determination of the effective heating zone is a means to verify the temperature uniformity in the furnace and i spart of the daily work of heat treatment furnace users.By employing a rational combination of measurement devices,especially the detachable design of the temperature measurement rack,not only are the temperature measurement points arranged according to specifications but also cost savings are achieved through reusability.
