摘 要:针对煤矿快速掘进系统设计了一种液压自移式临时支架,扩大了临时支架的最大支护面积。通过岩土分析软件FLAC 3D构建掘进巷道模型,基于ANSYS对临时支架支护性能进行数值仿真分析,发现临时支护支架在巷道载荷的作用下,竖直方向最大位移为6.6 mm,最大应力为96.9 MPa,小于材料的许用应力值。将巷道与临时支架相互作用载荷作为液压系统负载,基于AMESim对临时支架进行液压特性研究。仿真结果表明,临时支架左右两侧液压立柱的位移和流量变化趋于一致,满足液压立柱同步支撑的要求。系统性研究了支护性能与液压特性,验证了该临时支架应用在快速掘进工作中的可行性与先进性。A hydraulic self-moving temporary support was designed for ther apid driving system of coal mine,which improved the maximum supporting area of the temporary support.The excavation roadway model was constructed by geotechnical analysis software FLAC 3D,and the supporting performance of temporary support was numerically simulated based on ANSYS.The study found that the maximum vertical displacement of temporar ysupport under the action of roadway load was 6.6 mm,and th e maximum stress was 96.9 MPa,which was less than the allowablest ress value of materials.The interaction load between roadway and temporary support is taken as the hydraulic system load,adn the hydraulic characteristics of the temporary support are sutdied based on AMESim.The simulation results show that the displacement and flow of the hydraulic column on the left and right sidse of the temporary support tend to be consistent,which meets th erequirements of synchronous support of the hydraulic column.n I this paper,the support performance and hydraulic characteristcis are studied systematically,and the feasibility and advancement of the temporary support in the rapid excavation work are verified.
