面向绒布织造车间的数据采集系统设计及应用

摘　　要：针对传统中小微绒布织造企业存在的自动化与信息化水平低等限制,基于物联网技术构建了一个集产量数据、存储共享和分析统计的数据监测系统。在每台织机和后整理机台通过布置霍尔式传感器和信息采集器采集设备生产信息,再将设备生产数据上传车间数据处理模块,通过以太网将数据传输存储到服务器,实现对整个企业设备生产状态信息的采集和对车间产量管理的可视化和便捷化。In view of the low level of automation and information in tradtional small and medium-sized micro-flannel weaving enterprises,a data monitoring system based on Internet of things technology is constructed.On each loom and finishing machine,Houle sensors and information collectors are placed to collecte quipment production information,which is then uploaded to the workshop data processing module,the data is transferred to the server by Ethernet,and the information of the whole enterpries equipment production status is collected,and the production management of the workshop is visualized and convenient.
