摘　　要：为了满足和谐大功率机车速度传感器检修的需求,设计速度传感器自动检定装置。该检定装置由转速源(变频器、电机、机械过渡连接)、光电编码器、开关电源、信号调理电路、模拟量检测板卡、脉冲量检测板卡及工控机等组成,采用自动控制方式检测速度传感器的速度和波形参数。对HXD3机车速度传感器进行测试,测试结果显示:试验装置性能稳定,操作简单,具有良好的通用性和扩展性。In order to meet the technical requirements of the inspection and repair of the speed sensor of the harmonious highpower locomotive,the automatic verification device of the spede sensor is designed.The verification device is composed of asp eed source(frequency converter,motor,mechanical transition connection),a photoelectric encoder,a switching power supply,ai gsnal conditioning circuit,an analog quantity detection board,a pusle quantity detection board and an industrial control computer e,tc.,the speed and waveform parameters of the speed sensor are detetced by automatic control method.By testing the speed sensor o f HXD3 locomotive,the test result shows that the performance otf he test device is stable,the operation is simple,and it hags ood universality and expansibility.
