摘　　要：介绍重型卧式车床床身导轨及导轨上各运动部件的结构和作用,以及床身导轨几何精度检测项目的组成和检测方法,并分析各项几何精度检测项目对轴类零件车削加工的影响,计算其精度误差。This article introduces the structure and function of the heavy horizontal lathe bed guide way and various moving components on the guide way,as well as the composition and tetsing methods of the geometric accuracy testing items of the bed guide way.It also analyzes the impact of various geometric acucracy testing items on the turning of shaft parts and calculatse their accuracy errors.
