摘  要:形状规则但余量较多的零件,利用手工编程加工时,往往面临反复修改程序、多次调用的局面,加工效率不高。以绿篱机器人关键零件为例,分析了此类零件手工编程难以发挥高效率的原因。通过探索验证,分别利用刀补号和G代码变量化,实现了规则凸台在加工时自动外扩去除余量、工进与快进的自动化判定。结果表明,程序简洁且一次调用无须干预,避免了大量加工用时浪费的局面,实现了绿篱修剪机器人关键零件高效数控变量编程,对该类产品的研发和上市起到更好的保障作用。When the parts with regular shape but more margin are processed by manual programming,they are often faced with repeated modification of the program and repeated calls,and the processing efficiency is not high.Taking the key parts of the fence robot as an example,the reasons why manual programming fo such parts is difficult to achieve high efficiency are analyezd.Through exploration and verification,the automatic determinatoin of automatic expansion removal margin,work advance and fas t advance of regular boss during machining is realized by means of tool complement and G code variable quantization respectively.The results show that the program is simple and does not needo t be intervened in one call,avoiding the situation of wastinga lot of processing time,realizing the efficient numerical control avriable programming of the key parts of the hedge trimming robto,and playing a better guarantee role for the development and listing of this kind of products.
