摘 要:以提升电力设备除锈目标轨迹的控制精度为目标,研究电力设备双光束激光除锈目标轨迹自适应控制技术。双光束激光除锈装置利用激光器发射清洗激光和钝化激光两束激光为电力设备除锈,通过双光束激光除锈装置的光束标定,获取精准的双光束激光除锈装置照射的电力设备锈蚀目标位置。结合激光传感器加权融合公式与无偏估计方法,实现双光束激光除锈装置中双光束的数据融合。结合数据融合结果,利用粒子群优化算法优化比例-积分-微分(Proportion Integral Differential,PID)控制器,实现电力设备双光束激光除锈目标轨迹的自适应控制。实验结果表明:该技术可以精准控制电力设备双光束激光除锈目标轨迹,具有良好的应用性能。With the goal of improving the control accuracy of the rust removal target trajectory of power equipment,the adaptive control technology for the dual beam laser rust removal targetr ajectory of power equipment is studied.The dual beam laseru rst removal device utilizes two laser beams,a cleaning laser and a passivation laser,to remove rust from power equipment.Through the beam calibration of the dual beam laser rust removal device,accurate rust target positions of power equipment illuminated byth e dual beam laser rust removal device are obtained.Combining the weihgted fusion formula of laser sensors with unbiased estimation method to achieve data fusion of dual beams in a dual beam laser rursetm oval device.Combined with the data fusion results,the pairctle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the Proportion Integral Differential(PID)controller to realize the adaptive control of the target trajectory of the double beam laser derusting of power equipmetn.The experimental results show that this technology can accuartely control the target trajectory of dual beam laser rust removal for power equipment,and has good application performance.
