摘  要:为了解决现阶段我国工业生产中存在的一些问题,实现液体液位测量的精准控制,设计了智能液位控制器。对系统的总体框架和各部分功能模块进行整体设计,确定把单片机STC89C51作为控制核心的方案。硬件部分完成了基于液位传感器对液位实时测定的设计和单片机STC89C51控制液位恒定的设计,实现了液位过高或者过低之间的处理,并对硬件系统和软件系统进行了调试与集成,设计了实物。In order to solve some problems in current industrial production in China and achieve precise control of liquid level measurement,this article has implemented the research o fan intelligent liquid level controller.The overall frameworka nd functional modules of the system have been designed as a whole a,nd the scheme of using the microcontroller STC89C51 as the control core has been determined.The hardware part has compleetd the design of real-time liquid level measurement based on a liquid level sensor and the design of a microcontroller STC89C51 to control the constant liquid level,achieving the processing between high or low liquid levels.The hardware and software systems have been debugged and integrated,and a physical object has been designed.
