双组分点胶机机械结构和PLC控制系统研究

摘　　要：文章提出了一种双组分点胶机的设计方案,从机械结构和可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制系统两方面入手,对该双组分点胶机的具体设计方案要点进行阐述。设计期间进行了底板模态分析和静力学分析,结果表明设定的双组分点胶机机械结构能够安全稳定运行。The article proposes a design scheme for a dual component dispensing machine,starting from the mechanical structure and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)control system,and elaborates on the specific design points of the dual component dispensing machine.During the design period,the bottom plate modal analysis and Statics analysis were carried out,and the results showed that the mechanical structure of the two-component dispensing machine set in this study could operate safely and stably.
