摘　　要：本文简要介绍了二位置开关触指的用途、检修车间手工打磨工艺现状及存在的主要问题。针对触指检修,设计开发了用于触指自动打磨、非接触式参数检测的自动化设备,该设备主要由六轴机械手、3D激光检测系统、恒力控制双工位打磨砂带机、上下料机构夹爪组成并介绍了各个设备的用途及主要技术参数。同时,详细介绍了打磨、抛光的工艺过程及主要工艺参数,并列举了触指检测的工艺过程及简单的算法。经过现场实际应用,设备性能符合设计预期,有助于提升触指检修工作效率和质量。This paper briefly introduces the use of two position switch touch finger,the status quo of manual grinding process in maintenance workshop and the main problems.For the maintenance of touch finger,the automatic equipment for automatic grinding of touch finger and non-contact parameter detection is designed and developed.The equipment is mainly composed of six-axis manipulator,3D laser detection system,constant force control double station belt grinding machine and clamping claw of loading and unloading mechanism.The purpose and main technical parameters of each equipment are introduced.At the same time,the process and main process parameters of grinding and polishing are introduced in detail,and the processes and simple algorithms of touch finger detection are listed.After the field practical application,the performance of the equipment meets the design expectation,which is helpful to improve the efficiency and quality of touch maintenance.
