摘  要:根据打印机支架塑件结构特点,设计了T型槽斜滑块两板式注塑模具。针对塑件侧面有斜向的异形孔,采用T型槽斜滑块结构设计实现塑件脱模。考虑到产品背面有内扣筋位,为使产品顺利脱模,设计了斜顶机构。开模时,圆柱推杆、斜顶相配合推出塑件,整个开模动作安全、平稳,避免塑件在模具顶出时变形损坏。因产品外观不允许有进胶的痕迹,同时满足大批量生产,模具采用热流道转冷流道进胶,使用牛角浇口进行浇注。整体结构合理,有效地提高了模具生产效率。According to the structural characteristics of the plastic parts of the printer bracket,a two-platen injection mould with T-slot inclined slider is designed.In view of the shaped holes on the side of the moulded part,the T-slot slanting slider structure is used to release the moulded part.On the back side of the product,there is a rib with internal buckle,and a slanting top mechanism is designed for the smooth demoulding of the product.When the mould is opened,the cylindrical pusher and the slanting top are matched to push out the moulded part,the whole mould opening action is safe and smooth,avoiding the deformation and damage of the moulded part when it is ejected from the mould.Due to the appearance of the product does not allow traces of glue feeding,at the same time to meet the mass production,the mould adopts hot runner to cold runner glue feeding,the use of bullhorn sprue for casting.The overall structure is reasonable,which effectively improves the production efficiency of the mould.
