摘  要:针对某项目燃料电池客车动力系统集成的安全问题进行研究,制定了整车故障分级处理策略,并在此基础上提出了基于整车故障处理流程的燃料电池系统安全管理的思路,有助于整车控制系统功能开发完善。而后,完成了燃料电池整车结构优化及动力系统的布置设计,重点考虑了涉氢安全和结构强度,并对中部侧面碰撞、后部尾部碰撞过程进行了建模仿真,分析表明结构强度能保障关键系统部件不受破坏。本文采取的燃料电池动力系统集成安全管理和布置设计的措施,有助于提高燃料电池客车系统功能与结构安全,保障车辆的安全使用。Based on the research on the safety issues of fuel cell bus power system integration in a certain project,a vehicle fault classification and handling strategy has been developed.On this basis,a safety management approach for fuel cell systems based on the vehicle fault handling process has been proposed,which helps to develop and improve the functionality of the vehicle control system.Subsequently,the structural optimization of the fuel cell vehicle and the layout design of the powertrain were completed,with a focus on hydrogen safety and structural strength.The modeling and simulation of the middle side collision and rear tail collision processes were conducted,and the analysis showed that the structural strength can ensure that key system components are not damaged.The measures taken in this article for integrated safety management and layout design of fuel cell power systems help to improve the functional and structural safety of fuel cell bus systems,and ensure the safe use of vehicles.
