摘  要:当前,火电企业作为国家的支柱产业,每年会消耗大量的燃煤作为燃料。燃煤在输煤皮带输送过程中,产生一定的扬尘。如果空气中的煤尘浓度达到爆炸极限(煤尘爆炸的下限浓度为30~50g/m^(3),上限浓度为1000~2000g/m^(3)),现场遇到着火源(引燃温度在650~1050℃之间),就会引起煤尘燃烧甚至闪爆的可能。同时作业现场煤尘浓度高,工作人员吸入煤尘后,可能会产生职业病,严重影响作业人员身心健康。作业现场煤尘浓度高,给企业安全、环保和职业卫生管理造成严重的影响。无论是电力行业还是化工及其它行业,消除或降低皮带在输送燃料过程中产生的扬尘,是企业面临的一个难题。本文主要分析讨论消除输煤皮带产生的扬尘,降低空气中的煤尘浓度,改善作业人员工作环境,谈谈自己的理解和认识。Currently,thermal power enterprises,as the pillar industry of the country,consume a large amount of coal as fuel every year.During the transportation of coal by coal conveying belt,a certain amount of dust is generated.If the concentration of coal dust in the air reaches the explosion limit(the lower limit concentration of coal dust explosion is 30~50g/m^(3),Upper limit concentration:1000~2000g/m^(3)),When encountering a fire source on site(ignition temperature between 650 and 1050℃),it may cause coal dust combustion or even flash explosion.The concentration of coal dust at the work site is high,and workers may develop occupational diseases after inhaling coal dust,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of workers.The high concentration of coal dust at the work site has a serious impact on enterprise safety,environmental protection,and occupational health management.Whether in the electric power industry,chemical industry,or other industries,eliminating or reducing the dust generated during the transportation of fuel by belts is a challenge for enterprises.This article mainly analyzes and discusses the elimination of fugitive dust generated by coal conveying belts,reducing the concentration of coal dust in the air,and improving the working environment of operators.I will talk about my understanding and understanding.
