摘 要:经济型数控机床的机械安装误差、负载扰动以及伺服增益不匹配等会产生很大的圆轮廓误差,进而导致成品零件的加工精度严重降低。为解决这一问题,提出一种简单实用的圆轮廓误差补偿方法。首先,研究伺服增益参数和反向间隙误差对圆轮廓误差的影响机理;其次,为降低整体圆轮廓误差,基于该影响机理对伺服增益各项参数进行优化;然后,引入反向间隙误差补偿以减小圆轮廓在换象限处的跳跃误差,进一步降低圆轮廓误差;最后,在VMC850数控机床X-Y进给系统上进行圆轮廓误差补偿实验。结果表明该方法能有效降低圆轮廓误差,提高零件的加工精度。The mechanical installation error,load disturbance and servo gain mismatch of economical CNC machine tools will produce a large circle profile error,which will lead to a serious reduction in the machining accuracy of the finished part.In order to solve this problem,a simple and practical circular contour error compensation method is proposed.Firstly,the influence mechanism of servo gain parameters and backlash error on circular contour error is studied.Secondly,in order to reduce the overall circle contour error,the servo gain parameters are optimized based on the influence mechanism.Then,backlash error compensation is introduced to reduce the jump error of the circle contour at the commutation quadrant,and further reduce the circle contour error.Finally,the circular profile error compensation experiment is carried out on the X-Y feed system of VMC850 CNC machine.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the circle contour error and improve the machining accuracy of parts.
