摘　　要：液压软管总成是液压传动系统中的关键部件,具有柔软性好、承压能力强、连接方便等优点,广泛应用于各类工程机械设备中,其可靠性的好坏直接关系着工程机械的可靠性。本文根据液压软管结构、承受压力、应用标准分析了液压软管的分类,对于如何根据液压软管的通径、压力、弯曲半径、介质、温度、工作环境六要素以及最常用的密封形式金属接头、套筒选型做了分析;最后对液压软管总成选型因素及日常使用注意要点进行研究说明,分层次、系统地阐述了液压软管总成的选用方法,以及日常使用及安全注意事项。Hydraulic hose assembly is a key component in the hydraulic transmission system,with good softness,strong bearing capacity,convenient connection and other advantages,widely used in all kinds of construction machinery equipment,its reliability is directly related to the reliability of construction machinery.This paper analyzes the classification of hydraulic hose according to the structure,pressure and application standard of hydraulic hose,and analyzes how to choose the type of metal joint and sleeve which are the most commonly used sealing forms according to the six elements of hydraulic hose diameter,pressure,bending radius,medium,temperature and working environment.Finally,the selection factors of the hydraulic hose assembly and the points for attention in daily use are studied and explained.The selection methods of the hydraulic hose assembly,as well as the daily use and safety precautions are described systematically and hierarchically.
