摘　　要：在阀门的焊接过程中,其表面出现了裂纹,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法对裂纹形成的原因进行了分析,结果表明:产生裂纹的主要原因是熔炼过程中残留了未完全反应的电渣。During the welding process of the valve,cracks appeared on the surface of the valve.The cause of the cracks was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the main cause of the cracks was the residual incomplete reaction of electroslag in the smelting process.
