摘 要:缩小城乡收入差距,推进共同富裕是中国当前经济社会发展的重大战略问题之一.文章首先提出基于两极分解的Brown分解,从行业维度客观测度了户籍歧视对城乡工资差距的影响.然后建立从行业维度,分析户籍歧视影响城乡工资差距具体原因的研究框架体系,结合CFPS微观调查数据,文章具体从就业企业类型和禀赋特征两方面展开分析.最后,发现农民工就业仍然存在户籍歧视,同一行业内农民工较集中在底层职位,但户籍歧视程度正在逐步改善;私有企业对农民工的户籍歧视较为严重,薪酬设置仍有改进空间,政府部门/事业单位的户籍歧视程度较弱;私有企业主要集中于劳动密集型工作,青年员工拥有工作优势。Narrowing the urban-rural income gap and promoting common prosperity is one of the major strategic issues in China's current economic and social development.This paper first proposes Brown decomposition based on bipolar decomposition,measuring the impact of registered residence discrimination on the urban-rural wage gap from the industry dimension objectively.Then we set up a research framework system to analyze the specific reasons why registered residence discrimination affects the urban-rural wage gap from the industry dimension.Based on the CFPS micro-investigation data,we specifically analyze the types of employment enterprises and the characteristics of endowment.Finally,we find that there is still registered residence discrimination in the employment of migrant workers.In the same industry,migrant workers are more concentrated in the bottom positions,but the degree of registered residence discrimination is gradually improving.Private enterprises have serious discrimination against migrant workers in registered residence registration,and there is still room for improvement in salary settings,but government departments/public institutions have weak discrimination in registered residence registration;Private enterprises mainly focus on labor-intensive work,so young employees have job advantages.
