论中国原始型创意的制度生态建设

摘　　要：中国原始型创新的能力弱,根本的原因是原始型创意的能力弱。从目前中国原始型创新的需求看,原始型创意研究的基本问题包括原始型创意的知识资源、原始型创意的流程以及中国原始型创意的制度生态建设。原始型创意来源于超常型默示知识,人格特质是主体潜在的超常型默示知识的基础,思维模式是主体潜在的超常型默示知识的内核。想象力是超常型默示知识的最高境界,成为数字经济时代经济增长最重要的源泉。我们需要通过个体行为来认识原始型创意过程:体验、观察、感受过程——超常型默示知识的自我发现阶段;试错、合作、实验过程——激发自身兴趣爱好实现激情梦想阶段;洞察、想象、假设基础上的灵感创意过程——质疑批判已有假设、原理、规律,得出新的假设、原理、规律。在洞察想象假设基础上的灵感创意,是原始型创意思维过程中认识飞跃的心理现象。为改变中国原始型创意生产成果稀缺的现象,中国需要通过深化改革,为原始型创意的生产创造比较系统的制度环境,促进原始型创意主体成长、自治组织及管理的生态优化。The fundamental reason for the weak ability of China's original innovation is the weak ability of original creativity.From the current demand of China's original innovation,the basic problems of original creativity research include the knowledge resources of original creativity,the process of original creativity and the institutional ecological construction of China's original creativity.The original creativity comes from the supernormal implicit knowledge,the personality trait is the basis of the subject's latent supernormal implicit knowledge,and the thinking mode is the core of the subject's latent supernormal implicit knowledge.Imagination is the highest realm of supernormal implicit knowledge,and it has become the most important source of economic growth in the era of digital economy.We need to understand the original creative process through individual behavior:The process of experience,observation and feeling is the self-discovery stage of supernormal implicit knowledge;the process of trial and error,cooperation,experiment is the stage of stimulating their own interests and realizing their passion and dreams;the process of inspiration and creativity based on insight,imagination and hypothesis is the stage of questioning and criticizing existing assumptions,principles and laws,and drawing new assumptions,principles and laws.The creative inspiration based on the assumption of insight imagination is a psychological phenomenon of the cognitive leap in the process of original creative thinking.In order to change the problem of scarcity of original creative production results in China,China needs to create a relatively systematic institutional environment for the production of original creative ideas through deepening reform,and promote the growth of original creative subjects,autonomous organization and ecological optimization of management.
