浙江省城镇社区居家老年人智慧健康养老服务需求现状研究

摘　　要：目的我国人口老龄化进程的不断加快和健康养老需求的不断提高,已经打破现有的健康养老供需状况,国家正在大力推进智慧健康养老示范区和示范基地建设,拟在新时代背景下构建我国智慧健康养老服务新模式。对我国老年人群的整体健康状况和智慧健康养老需求及态度进行现状调查,为科学高效建立新型智慧健康养老服务模式提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法对浙江省国家四批智慧养老示范街道(乡镇)60周岁以上社区居家老人进行问卷调查,通过自制调查问卷的形式对老年人基本情况和智慧健康养老态度进行调查,采用SF-12调查量表进行生命质量调查。用t检验、方差分析方法对生命质量影响因素等进行统计学分析。结果调查对象躯体健康(physical health,PCS)总分为(48.83±9.05),心理健康(mental health,MCS)总分为(46.28±7.85),60~69岁年龄段PSC总分和MCS总分高于其他年龄段;婚姻状况中丧偶的老年人,文化程度为文盲的老年人,月均收入小于600元的老年人PSC总分和MCS总分较低;患有慢性病的老年人躯体健康状况PCS得分较低;43.9%的老年人了解“智慧健康养老”的概念;分别有34.2%和31.1%的老年人认为智慧健康养老服务中“居家健康养老”和“慢性病管理”服务供给更为重要;64.2%的老年人更愿意购买“生活照料(如洗衣做饭、打扫卫生、买菜购物、洗澡穿衣,陪同外出等)”等智慧健康养老服务。结论智慧健康养老服务创新模式应以满足老年人的实际生活需要为基础,以物美价廉的智慧健康养老产品为手段,提高老年人身心健康为目标,提升老年人晚年生命质量。Objective The accelerating process of population aging in China and the increasing demand for healthy elderly care have broken the existing supply and demand of healthy elderly care.The country is vigorously promoting the construction of smart healthy elderly care demonstration areas and demonstration bases,and intends to build a new model of smart healthy elderly care service in China under the background of the new era.The article aims to investigate the present situation of the overall health status of the elderly population in China as well as the demand and attitude of smart health pension,and to provide a basis for the scientific and efficient establishment of a new smart health pension service model.Methods Random cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the elderly over 60 years old in the community of four groups of national Model streets for smart elderly care(towns and townships)in Zhejiang Province.The basic situation and attitude toward smart healthy elderly care were investigated by self-made questionnaire,and the SF-12 questionnaire was used to conduct the quality of life survey.T test and variance analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of quality of life.Results The total scores of PCS and MCS were(48.83±9.05)and(46.28±7.85)respectively.The total scores of PSC and MCS in 60-69 age group were higher than those in other age groups.The elderly with widowed spouse,illiterate and average monthly income less than 600 yuan had lower PSC and MCS scores.The elderly with chronic diseases had lower PCS score of physical health status;43.9%of the elderly understand the concept of“smart and healthy pension”;34.2%and 31.1%of the elderly thought that“home health care”and“chronic disease management”were more important in smart health care services.64.2%of the elderly prefer to buy smart health care services such as“living care(such as laundry,cooking,cleaning,shopping,bathing and dressing,accompanying people out,etc.)”.Conclusion The innovative model o
