摘　　要：目的探讨T2DM心脏自主神经病变(DCAN)与贫血的相关性。方法选取2017年10月至2021年10月于重庆医科大学附属第一医院内分泌科住院治疗的T2DM患者1192例,根据Ewing试验分为单纯T2DM组(n=804)、早期DCAN组(n=234)和确诊DCAN组(n=154)。比较各组临床特征、血红蛋白(Hb)等。Spearman相关分析DCAN与其他指标的相关性,Logistic回归分析DCAN的影响因素。结果与T2DM组比较,早期DCAN组、确诊DCAN组贫血占比升高,Hb降低(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,DCAN与Hb呈负相关(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,校正混杂因素后,贫血是DCAN的影响因素。结论贫血与DCAN相关,是DCAN发生的危险因素。Objective To evaluate the relationship between anemia and diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy(DCAN)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 1192 T2DM patients hospitalized in the Endocrinology Department of the First Afiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were enrolled in this study from October 2017 to October 2021.They were divided into simple T2DM group(n=804),early-DCAN group(n=234)and confirmed-DCAN group(n=154)according to the results of Ewing test.The clinical characteristics,hemoglobin(Hb)and other indicators were compared among groups.The variables related to DCAN were analyzed by Spearman correlation.The influencing factors for DCAN were evaluated by logistic regression analysis.Results Compared with T2DM group,Hb gradually decreased in the early-DCAN group and the confirmed-DCAN group(P<O.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that DCAN was negatively correlated with Hb(P<O.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that anemia was the influencing factor for DCAN after adjusting for confounding factors.Conclusion Anemia is associated with DCAN,and is an independent risk factor for DCAN.
