摘 要:目的探讨T2DM患者血清IL⁃19与颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)斑块的相关性。方法选取2016年6月至2017年5月于苏州大学附属第一医院内分泌科治疗的T2DM患者114例,根据彩色多普勒超声检测结果分为T2DM合并CAS斑块组(T2DM+CAS,n=58)及单纯T2DM组(T2DM,n=56),同期选取体检健康者56名为正常对照(NC)组。ELISA法测定并比较各组血清IL⁃19水平。结果NC、T2DM、T2DM+CAS组血清IL⁃19水平依次升高[(37.37±13.61)vs(51.00±9.96)vs(78.15±18.05)ng/L,P<0.01]。Pearson相关分析显示,血清IL⁃19与年龄、BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA_(1)c、TC、TG、LDL⁃C呈正相关(P<0.01),与HDL⁃C呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,LDL⁃C是血清IL⁃19的影响因素。结论血清IL⁃19可能参与T2DM患者CAS的发生发展。Objective To explore the relationship between serum IL⁃19 and carotid atherosclerosis(CAS)plaque in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 114 patients with T2DM were enrolled in this study from the Endocrinology Department in The First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University during June 2016 to May 2017.All the subjects were divided into T2DM with carotid plague(T2DM+CAS group,n=58)and T2DM without carotid plague(T2DM group,n=56)according to color doppler ultrasonic testing results.Meanwhile,56 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group(NC group).Serum IL⁃19 was determined by ELISA and compared among the three groups.Results Serum IL⁃19 increased successively in NC,T2DM,T2DM+CAS groups[(37.37±13.61)vs(51.00±9.96)vs(78.15±18.05)ng/L,P<0.01].Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IL⁃19 was positively correlated with age,BMI,SBP,DBP,FPG,HbA_(1)c,TC,TG,LDL⁃C in T2DM patients(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with HDL⁃C in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Similarly,multiple regression analysis showed that LDL⁃C was an independent factor for serum IL⁃19(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum IL⁃19 may play an important role in the development of T2DM and carotid atherosclerosis.
