摘  要:采用电子探针显微分析法对光纤预制棒进行元素线分析定量化,光纤预制棒心部Yb和Al等元素的含量较低、基体效应的复杂影响以及测试条件的差异等因素导致线分析定量化结果误差较大。采用多点法的测试结果对光纤预制棒中Yb、Al元素的线分析定量化结果进行校正。结果表明:在两点法的基础上引入修正因子,可以简化测试过程,快速、准确地得到元素线分析定量化结果。The electron probe micro analysis method was used to elemental line analysis quantify for fiber prefabricated rod.Factors such as low content of Yb and Al elements in the core of the fiber prefabricated rod,complex matrix effects and differences in testing conditions led to significant errors in the line analysis quantify results.Correct the line analysis quantify results of Yb and Al elements in the fiber prefabricated rod using the multi-point method test results.The results show that introducing a correction factor on the basis of the two-point method could simplify the testing process,obtain elemental line analysis quantify results quickly and accurately.
