摘 要:对氢燃料电池汽车系统、氢燃料电池零部件材料进行了论述,分析了在温度、湿度、电解质成分、pH、电势、氢压力等不同电池服役环境因素的影响下,电池堆零部件的腐蚀类型;梳理了电池部件常用的耐腐蚀与功能涂镀层及相应的表面处理工艺;分析并提出了在氢燃料电池汽车发展中,电池堆关键组件以及材料的表面防腐蚀技术的重点研究方向。The hydrogen fuel cell vehicle system and hydrogen fuel cell component materials were discussed,and the corrosion types of battery stack components were analyzed under different battery service environmental conditions such as temperature,humidity,electrolyte composition,pH,potential,and hydrogen pressure.The commonly used corrosion resistant and functional coatings and corresponding surface treatment processes for battery components were sorted out.The key research directions in the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles were analyzed and proposed,including the surface corrosion prevention of key components and materials of battery stacks.
