摘  要:为探究天然酯变压器与矿物油变压器在额定容量下的温升特性,本文笔者基于IEC 60076-14-2013与IEEE Std C57.154TM-2012中关于天然酯变压器温升限值的规定,重点分析了天然酯绝缘油与矿物绝缘油的热特性参数差异。利用一台50MVA变压器对天然酯变压器与矿物油变压器温升特性、过负荷能力进行分析。对比结果表明,天然酯变压器比矿物油变压器具有更高的油温升和绕组温升,天然酯变压器可提高变压器的过负荷能力。To investigate the difference of temperature rise characteristics between natural ester transformer and mineral oil transformer under rated capacity,the provisions on temperature rise limit of natural ester transformer in IEC60076-14-2013 and IEEE Std C57.154TM-2012 are introduced.The thermal characteristic parameters difference be-tween natural ester insulating oil and mineral insulating oil are detailed.The temperature rise characteristics and overload capacity of natural ester transformer and mineral oil transformer are compared through a 5oMVA transformer.The experiment results show that the natural ester transformer has higher oil temperature rise and winding tempera-ture rise than the mineral oil transformer,and the natural ester transformer can improve the overload capacity of the transformer.
