摘  要:通过对厂内多台产品各种连接状态下绕组变形试验的测试,三相绕组频率响应特性曲线一致性较差的原因是由产品本身结构及制造公差引起,并非出厂制造时绕组本身存在绕组变形。建议验收及运行单位以出厂资料测试的绕组变形试验数据为原始记录依据,并对主绕组带有调压绕组的产品增加额定分接和最负分接的测试数据,为产品运行后故障或者检修时判定绕组变形提供纵向对比参考依据。Through the winding deformation test of several products in the factory under various connection states,the reason for the poor consistency of the frequency response characteristic curve of the three-phase winding is caused by the structure and manu-facturing tolerance of the product itself,rather than the winding itself existing winding deformation during manufacturing.It is suggested that the acceptance and operation u-nits should take the winding deformation test data tested in the factory documents as the original record basis,and add the rated splicing and the most negative splicing test data to the products with the main winding with voltage regulation,so as to provide a reference basis for longitudinal comparison to determine the winding deformation during the fault or maintenance of the product after operation.
