摘 要:监控火化机内燃烧情况的摄像系统需要在安全的温度下才能正常工作。为预测火化机在实际工作时监控摄像头是否处在安全状态下进行正常工作,采用ANSYS FLUENT软件对火化机内窥式高温摄像系统空冷时的流动和传热特性进行了数值模拟。结果表明:仅用空冷方式可保证高温摄像系统正常工作,并给出了不同壁温情况下保证摄像系统正常工作时所需要的最小压缩空气流量。The camera system for monitoring the combustion in the cremator needs to work normally at a safe temperature.In order to predict whether the monitoring camera is in a safe state to work normally when the cremator is working,the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the endoscopic high-temperature camera system of cremator with air cooling are numerically studied by the ANSYS FLUENT software in this paper.The numerical simulation results show that the high-temperature camera system can work normally by only air cooling only,and the minimum compressed air flow rate required to ensure the normal work of the camera system under different wall temperatures is obtained.The research results have certain reference value for the design of the endoscopic high-temperature camera system of the cremator.
