摘 要:塔河油田碳酸盐岩具有“两超、五高”,即超深、超稠、高黏、高温、高压、高硫化氢、高矿化度的油藏特性,因此,原油的举升开采是一项重大的难题。采油二厂结合油藏特性并与国内电泵厂家经过多年的改进升级,形成了适合塔河碳酸盐岩的抗稠油电泵,该技术配合环空掺稀油运行平稳、检泵周期长,是塔河稠油油藏开采的主力军。随着油田的持续开发,大型用电设备不断增加,电泵井数也不断攀升,对电网的稳定性造成极大影响。当电网波动时,稠油电泵发生停机、泵内稠油不再流动,稳定举升时建立的温场逐步损失,温度下降后原油黏度急剧增加,此时启动电泵电机负荷过高,极易造成过载停机,严重时会引发电泵躺井,造成产量损失,影响开采效益。基于电网波动的影响因素分析,通过在大功率用电设备上增加启、停缓冲装置,对变频柜增加稳压装置、电泵远程智能启停控制系统、加装电容补偿稳压部分的措施,提出了预防电网波动造成电泵停机的方法,对抗稠油电泵井的平稳运行具有重要的意义。The carbonate rocks of the Tahe oilfield have the characteristics of“Two super-high and five high”,that is,ultra-deep,super-thick,high viscosity,high temperature,high pressure,high hydrogen sulfide and high salinity,the lifting of crude oil is a major problem in the face of such unique features of domestic and world oil products,it is a key technology for heavy oil recovery in Tahe.This technology works well with annular blending and has a long pump inspection period.With the continuous development of oil fields,the number of large-scale electric equipment and electric pump wells is increasing,which has a great impact on the stability of the power grid.When the power grid fluctuates,the heavy oil pump stops,the heavy oil in the pump stops flowing,the temperature field established when the pump is steadily lifted loses gradually,the viscosity of crude oil increases sharply after the temperature drops,at this time,the starting motor load of the pump is too high,it is very easy to cause overload shutdown,which will cause the electric pump to lie down in the well when it is serious,resulting in production loss and affecting the mining benefit.In this paper,based on the analysis of the influence factors of power grid fluctuation,by adding buffer devices for starting and stopping on the high-power electrical equipment,for the measures of adding voltage regulator,remote intelligent start-stop control system of electric pump and adding capacitor compensation voltage regulator in frequency converter,the methods of preventing electric pump from stopping caused by power grid fluctuation are put forward systematically,it is of great significance to resist the smooth operation of heavy oil electric pump wells.
