摘  要:为了探究变压器振动特性,以一台10kV变压器为研究模型,进行仿真分析与试验测试。首先搭建铁心多信息空载振动仿真模型,得到了空载低压侧400V与高压侧10kV的电压波形图与磁场分布,铁心的磁感应强度幅值为1.79T,铁心振动加速度的幅值为0.005m/s^(2),然后搭建绕组多信息负载振动模型,得到短路电流波形图,漏磁密度为0.31T,绕组侧面振动加速度的幅值为0.0795m/s^(2),中间绕组正面振动加速度幅值为0.0387m/s^(2)。最后对该变压器进行了空载与额定负载试验,通过与对应的仿真结果比较,表明仿真结果与试验数据基本吻合。To investigate the vibration characteristics of the transformer,a 1kv transformer is used as a research model for simulation analysis and experimental tests.Firstly,a multi-information no-load vibration simulation model of the core was built,and the voltage shapes and magnetic field distributions of no-load low-voltage 400V/and high-voltage 10kV are obtained,with a core magnetic induction amplitude of 1.79T and core acceleration of 0.005m/s^(2),The winding multi-information load vibration model was then built to obtain a short-circuit current waveform and magnetic leakage density is 0.31T.The amplitude of the winding side vibration acceleration is 0.0795 m/s^(2)and the amplitude of the middle winding frontal vibration acceleration is 0.0387 m/s^(2).Finally,the experiment of no-load and rated load of the transformer is carried out,and the comparison with the corresponding simulation results shows that the simulation results agree with the experimental data basically.
