高等职业教育司法类国控专业教学标准建设再思考——以司法警务专业为例

摘　　要：当前,司法类国控专业教学标准存在行业招录机制与职业面向的冲突,培养目标忽略“劳育”及专业课程设置体系逻辑不明晰等方面的问题。因此,专业教学标准修订应坚持面向范围更广的岗位群或职业群进行人才培养的原则,建立理论紧密结合实践的标准更新机制,对接职业能力标准确定课程体系内容。At present,there are some problems in the teaching standards of the judicial profession.For example,there is a conflict between the industry recruitment mechanism and the vocational orientation,the training objectives ignore labor education,and the logic of the professional curriculum setting system is not clear.The revision of teaching standards should adhere to the principle of personnel training for a wider range of post groups or occupational groups,adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice closely,and determine the content of the curriculum system by connecting the professional competence standards.
