摘　　要：水面舰艇防空反导作战效能评估是部队实战化训练面临的重难点课题之一。论文通过拆分解析防空反导作战要素,构建了评估指标体系框架及特性指标要素,研究提出了基于层次分析法的水面舰艇防空反导作战效能评估实现方法。The operational effectiveness evaluation of air defense and antimissile of surface warship is one of the key and diffi-cult issues faced by the combat training of troops.This paper analyzes the elements of air defense and antimissile operations by split-ting,the evaluation indicator system framework and characteristic indicator elements are established.It studies and proposes the real-ization method of air defense and antimissile combat effectiveness evaluation of surface warship based on analytic hierarchy process.
