摘 要:压缩机组充气过程中管路会产生持续非规则振动影响其安全性,为保证高压气站的可靠运行,基于港口充气站用压缩机组的工作特性,对港口高压气站的“管网系统+气瓶组”进行1∶1建模,采用CFD方法进行数值计算和分析,通过优化气瓶组分布位置的设计可以降低管网压力脉动。研究表明:充气站高压管道内部各个位置稳定后的压力脉动呈周期性;相较于原模型,气瓶组前移可大大降低管内以及供气端口的压力脉动。During the charging process of the compressor unit,the pipeline will produce continuous irregular vibration,which will affect its safety.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the high-pressure gas station,based on the working characteristics of the compressor unit used in the port charging station,the"pipe network system+cylinder group"of the port high-pressure gas sta-tion is modeled 1∶1,and CFD method is used for numerical calculation and analysis.By optimizing the design of the distribution po-sition of the cylinder group,the pressure pulsation of the pipe network can be reduced.The research shows that the pressure pulsa-tion in the high-pressure pipeline of the inflation station is periodic after the stability of each position.Compared with the original model,the pressure pulsation in the pipe and the gas supply port can be greatly reduced by moving the cylinder group forward.
